Rebecca Dioso has a passion for diversity. As a Human Resources professional, Rebecca has extensive experience in working within and across diverse, global organizations. She brings 15 years of Human Resources management experience to the Michigan Diversity Council. She has worked for several Fortune 100 organizations and is currently a Human Resources Manager for KPMG, LLP in Detroit.

Rebecca is also an active member of her local SHRM Chapter, the Human Resources Association of Greater Detroit, serving on the Workforce Readiness Committee and driving Veterans programs. She advocates for Veterans, as they are often overlooked and underutilized. With her education in Industrial Organizational Psychology and her many years of experience in employee relations, organizational change and strategic HR initiatives, Rebecca offers a very candid and realistic view of diversity in the workplace.
