Director of Technical Project Management & IT Operations

Fay Ghoujeghi is the Director of Technical Project Management and IT Operations at MRM Worldwide, a global digital advertising company. She is responsible for the establishment and management of the Technology Project Management Office, and related processes and tools. Her team is responsible for delivery of digital projects utilizing on-shore and off-shore resources. Fay has over 20 years of progressive experience in IT Program and Project Management, Systems Implementation, and Process Re-engineering.

Fay was appointed the Diversity Champion for the Birmingham, Michigan, MRM office in 2010. Previously, Fay founded the Compuware Women’s Association (CWA), where she served as President for two years and rolled out successful programs such as the Mentoring Circle and the “Meet the Women of Compuware” series. The Mentoring Circle program offered employees of Compuware a forum where they could grow personally and professionally, and the “Meet the Women of Compuware” program showcased executive women and their achievements. Fay is also an active member and Mentor for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT), coaching a MCWT member on technical and leadership skills.

Her educational accolades include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Oakland University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.

Fay lives in a suburb of Detroit with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, walking, Yoga and spending time with family and friends.
